Founder and Executive Director
Bouakham Moua (Bou) is the Founder and Executive Director of Human Resources (EDHR) of HIRES, LLC, with nearly 30 years of executive HR leadership experience. She serves as a trusted advisor to superintendents/CEOs, executive teams, and boards—supporting organizations through complex people challenges, organizational change, and leadership development.
Bou is known for strengthening HR systems while coaching leaders to navigate employee relations, performance, and accountability with clarity and confidence. Her work helps organizations move from reactive practices to intentional, sustainable people leadership.
Through HIRES, LLC, Bou partners with organizations as a trusted confidant, offering discretion, perspective, and accountability without interfering in internal HR operations.
